Upon receiving your phone call, email, or Web request, we will arrange a FREE interview to perform a brief "in-home" evaluation of your pet and property. During this initial interview, we will:

Answer all of your questions regarding our services.

Fill out the necessary forms and paperwork. The type of information we collect and discuss includes:

·         Detailed notes regarding your pet's habits, food, favorite toys, exercise routine, veterinarian, and medical history (vaccination records).

·          A list of the locations for pet food, collars, leashes, treats, toys, cleaning supplies, etc. that we will need for the care of your pets and property.

·         Keys to your home; we prefer one set for the sitter and one set as an office backup copy. We will confirm the keys work and store them safely in our Permanent Key Safe. Keys are not labeled with any property information (just in case they get lost).

·         Emergency contact information, medical instructions/permission forms, and how to contact you if necessary.

·         We will help you decide how often you want your sitter to visit each day you're away and what services you want performed. Our fees will be calculated based the type and quantity of pets, along with the quantity and duration of daily visits.

·         Detailed information if Boarding and or Doggie Daycare is the chosen form of Care. Requirements for boarding and doggy daycare, current on all shots,  friendly/non aggressive towards people or other dogs, active flea treatment program.

Upon your review and approval, we ask that you sign the service contract which describes our policies and        guidelines.

After this meeting is completed and we have your information on file, our service is as simple as making a phone call. Your pet's profile will be stored in our computer system which ensures consistent and quality care for your pets and or property

After you meet and approve your pet sitter, or have chosen doggie daycare all new orders and scheduled visits will be tracked by our proprietary "Long Island Pet Sitter Reminder System". As each dog, cat, puppy, bird, reptile, and/or small animal visit is completed, our pet sitters are required to update their status by calling our telephone-based IVR pet reminder system. If any pet visit is overdue, our pet reminder system will automatically call, send SMS text reminders, and email our pet sitting staff until we have confidence that the pet visit is completed. This process is automatic and helps us ensure the most reliable pet sitting and doggie daycare service possible for towns located throughout Nassau County and Suffolk County on Long Island, New York.
